Sereno & Creek Neighborhoods • Riverview / Tampa Bay, Florida
For generations, frum families in the Tristate area accepted an exhausting compromise: paying astronomical rents for cramped basements, crushing property taxes, six-figure tuition burdens, and endless traffic congestion—all just to stay within walking distance of a minyan and a kosher grocery.
In October 2022, a group of founding families from New York decided there had to be a better way to raise bnei and bnos Torah. They discovered the Sereno and Creek master-planned communities in Riverview, just southeast of downtown Tampa.
Today, our kehilla has grown to over 30 permanent, full-time families living, davening, and educating our children here 52 weeks a year.
